This website does not operate an automated checkout or payment gateway. All enquiries are received via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from DHYAI.
Pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery terms are communicated directly at the time of confirmation. DHYAI reserves the right to decline any order or enquiry without obligation to provide a reason.
All DHYAI surfaces are produced by hand using the block-print tradition. Each piece is individually printed, and natural variation in colour, registration, texture, and surface character is inherent to this process.
Such variation is not a defect. It is evidence of the making, and constitutes part of the work.
Product imagery on this website accurately represents the studies but may not replicate exact colour rendering on all screens. We encourage direct enquiry if you require a closer reference before ordering.
Because each piece is handmade and often produced to order, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a piece that is materially different from what was agreed, please write to us at contact@dhyai.studio within 7 days of receipt. We will work to resolve the matter fairly.
We do not accept returns based solely on preference or on variation that is characteristic of the hand block-print process.
